E-mail, however, as a non-encrypted form of communication should not be regarded as a secure method of sending personal data.  We will never request that you send personal information, such as credit card numbers via email.

Any changes will be posted to this page.  By visiting our website you agree to accept any changes made to this policy. The Donna Dressler Designs, LLC. Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our website.

Shipping

Please allow 7-10 business days from the close of the Trunk Show for your order to ship (excluding Holidays) pending stock availably. We will ship backorders as they come available. All of our jewelry will be shipped USPS priority mail.  If you prefer another method of shipment please contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs. A shipping charge will be added for any special shipping arrangements. We will email you back with the cost. At this time we only ship within the USA.

Sales Tax

Rhode Island residents are required by law to pay a 7% sales tax applicable to all items purchased.

Disclaimer for stones

Variations and irregularities in bead color may vary significantly from piece to piece. Inclusions are characteristic of the unique and fascinating charm of the jewelry and should not be considered as defective.

Return policy

At Donna Dressler Designs customer satisfaction is paramount. If for any reason you decide you are not completely satisfied you may return any unworn jewelry item for a full refund, within 30 days. We do require the original purchase receipt and packaging. Customer assumes responsibility for any return shipping charges. Our jewelry items are designed for years of wearing pleasure. All of our jewelry is guaranteed for normal wear. If for any reason you find an item purchased from us faulty, we will cheerfully repair it for free within the first 6 months. Keep in mind that every gemstone is unique and we pledge to make a good faith effort to find a suitable replacement if one is required. Please notify us prior to returning any jewelry so we have the opportunity to correct the situation or proceed with a return/refund.
